About Us

Kevin K. Fukushima is President, CEO, and Founder of Siltwater.  Mr. Fukushima has been involved with various aspects of the real estate investment industry pertaining to asset management, acquisitions, lending, and property management since 2018.  

Mr. Fukushima started his career working in Los Angeles for a private family office of a prominent Los Angeles figure working in multifamily, office, and retail acquisitions and leasing.  Since joining Cabrillo Management Corporation in 2020, he has seen assets under management more than quadruple, as the firm has expanded significantly to become a major component to the Manufactured Housing community.  He believes in a bottom up approach to investment, with an emphasis on understanding the building blocks of each investment and implementing a team with strong foundations in "boots on the ground" experience.

Mr. Fukushima serves as Treasurer to Phi Kappa Psi California Lambda chapter, where he helps to maintain a strong alumni community that helps strengthen the surrounding San Diego area.  Furthermore, he is a member of the Lincoln Club of San Diego, which is the preeminent establishment in San Diego for small businesses to have a voice in the political theatre.  

Mr. Fukushima received a BS in Finance from San Diego State University.
